Product Details

The Heritage is DW's entry-level 1911, allowing shooters to experience Dan Wesson quality at the most affordable price possible. Even though this model is our most economical, it features all the same quality components used in DW 1911 models. A Government-size model, it has a 5" barrel and is chambered in .45 ACP. The slide features Dan Wesson's Clark-style rib and wears a tritium front sight and plain black, snag-free rear. The sides of the slide have a nice brushed polish on the flats while the rounds are sandblasted to match the matte forged frame with undercut trigger guard and smooth front strap. The Heritage has black double diamond rubber grips. The Heritage is a great introduction to the Dan Wesson 1911 experience and they are confident it will become an heirloom, handed down from generation to generation.
